This candidate would work with Assistant Attorneys, following up on case information as they require to be prepared for court; perform clerical duties such as making corrections to basic records and reports, sorting and filing correspondence, generating dockets and reports from the Integrated Justice Information System database, and communicating with various outside agencies.

Job Description



Title:                     Assistant Maintenance Technician

Job Description:     Support Manufacturing, Engineering and Facility functions through a variety of tasks including: 

  • Equipment preventative maintenance
  • Equipment set-up and changeovers
  • Equipment & machinery troubleshooting and repair
  • Assist with equipment calibrations as required
  • Facility Inspections, maintenance & repairs, including routine testing/maintenance of all facility safety/suppression systems, ensuring compliance
  • Fabrication of Production/R&D test components/support fixtures 
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests, emergencies or any troubleshooting issues to implement effective solutions in a timely manner
  • Maintaining digital log of maintenance/tasks. 
  • Communicate with contractors/vendors as required
  • Maintaining a clean/organized shop & any other work areas
  • Operation of a forklift


Job Requirements: The preferred candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent  
  • Similar work experience is strongly preferred
  • Detail oriented & must possess the aptitude for excellent problem-solving, reasoning & common-sense skills
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Basic working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC & other mechanical systems
  • Machining and similar hands-on skills
  • Proficient in use of MS Office Suite programs including Word and Excel
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear.  The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
